Nayris holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and brings a passion for organization, innovation, and meaningful connection to everything she does. As Rhythm & Truth's Operations Coordinator, she is dedicated to creating efficient systems, improving processes, and supporting both clients and clinicians behind the scenes so they can have the best possible experience.

Outside of her professional role, Nayris is a singer-songwriter, children's book author, podcast host, and the founder of Moment for Mom, a platform created to encourage and support mothers through the many seasons of life. She is also the creator of Becoming Her, a community dedicated to helping women rediscover themselves, embrace personal growth, and step confidently into the next chapter of their lives.
