About

Jenny earned her Master’s in Clinical Art Therapy from Long Island University, CW Post, and has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with individuals across the lifespan. Over time, she developed a strong focus on working with adults and later specialized in treating PTSD within military populations.

After several years in the field, she took a step back from clinical work to live abroad in Europe, where she deepened my appreciation for different cultures and ways of life. During that time, she also began studying computer science—drawn to the intellectual challenge of math, algorithms, and programming. While that path was incredibly enriching, Jenny has recently felt called to return to the creative and human-centered practice of art therapy, and is currently reengaging with the field in new and meaningful ways.

In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids. She is passionate about outdoor activities like hiking, biking, rock climbing, walking, and jogging, and she loves relaxing with yoga, music, concerts, podcasts, and audiobooks.
