Anna Limina

About

Anna Limina, MT-BC is a Board-Certified Music Therapist. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Therapy with a minor in Psychology from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. Anna studied voice and guitar while completing her degree. She loves to utilize songwriting, voice, guitar, and percussive instruments in her sessions.   

 Anna completed her music therapy internship with MusicWorx Inc. in San Diego and Harmonic Changes in Los Angeles. During her training she has had the opportunity to work in diverse settings and populations, including adult mental health, substance abuse rehabilitation, neurodivergent children and adults, inpatient medical hospitals, medically fragile children, and older adults diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. Anna has had the honor working in inpatient psychiatric care in San Diego, working with children, adolescents, adults, and active duty military.  

 

Anna believes  in the transformative power of music and its ability to heal, inspire, and connect individuals on a deep level. She is passionate about the profound impact that music therapy can have on improving emotional well-being, enhancing communication, reducing anxiety, promoting self-expression, and fostering overall personal growth.
