CANCELLATION, PAYMENT & PHOTO POLICY
All payments must be completed 21 days prior to the workshop or the place forfeited until payment is received.
Registrations within 21 days of a workshop must be paid at time of registration unless a signed purchase order is provided.
You can cancel your registration up to 21 days before the training. The cancellation Fee is $88.00 Cancellation must be emailed to email@example.com
Should you cancel less than 21 days, you can send someone in your place, a refund will not be provided.
Refunds will not be provided for ‘No Shows. This includes approval not received to attend, personal reasons, health, illness or change of mind. This is classed as a ‘no show” and will not be provided with a refund. If you requested an Invoice, this is in good faith and we expect payment.
Rhythm2Recovery will refund any fees paid, after taking into consideration the relevant cancellation policy. Credit card surcharges and booking fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be processed to the credit card or bank account of the individual or organization from which the payment was received.
CHANGES TO EVENTS
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Rhythm2Recovery reserves the right to change or cancel training events. For those who have registered for the cancelled event a full refund or place at a future event of their choice are guaranteed.
By registering, you are granting Rhythm2Recovery permission to to use photographs and/or video taken during the R2R weekend training in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of Rhythm2Recovery.
